Consultations

Program faculty are available for consultations or presentations on advance care planning at your facility or in your community.

Consultations

On-site consultations are individually designed to assist you in learning more about Respecting Choices" and how to accomplish your specific advance care planning goals and objectives. There are many reasons why you may want to consider scheduling a consultation:

1. To expose a large group of stakeholders to the Respecting Choices approach
2. To conduct an assessment of your current ACP program, resources and materials
3. To evaluate existing opportunities for pilot implementation
4. To learn about the necessary systems that must be designed to increase the success of your ACP efforts
5. To meet with local leaders and partners
6. To assist in designing your ACP mission, goals and objectives
7. To provide community education and engagement

Respecting Choices program faculty have expertise in a variety of issues related to advance care planning, end-of-life decision-making, and health care ethics. Educational presentations are tailored to meet your needs and concerns. Selected topics include:
